I have bought an SFMU and was wondering how to do the return and feed lines. Will a AN fitting fit on the lines I have already run or will I have to redo them? I searched but can't find exactly what I'm looking for.

They're rubber and I belive 1/2". They came with the kit.

You can get AN fitting that have barb ends just like the NPT ones that were on the cartech that will work with the rubber lines.

All you need to do is find the AN size that matches the hose internal diameter and you are good to go.
I dont remember the hose size to AN fitting chart off the top of my head but there is a lot of info on it here. I do remember that 3/8 inch hose is -6 AN fitting.

get yourself about 20ft of 6an ss fuel line with 3-5 fittings (depends on wether ur adding a fuel pressure gauge) .. run a feed from your injectors to sfmu feed port (you will need a 4 to 6an adapter to adapt the fuel rail to your feed line) if you don't have one already. run a return line from sfmu bottom port back to your tank return and double clamp that. thats what im doing. i was told not to use anything smaller than 6an cause u might have problems lowering your fuel pressure with smaller lines.

I'm trying to avoid running anymore lines. I have already run the 1/2" ones from HRC and I'd like to use them if I can. I will probably use the ones that baxom post the link for.

just a warning though,
they are a PITA to get on. The instructions say to use some oil on the fitting and then press hard.
They mean real hard. Once they are on, they do not come back off easily either. I found it easiest to put the fitting into the hose and then screw the fitting into the system. The threads are separate from the nipples (he he) so you dont have to worry about the hose turning on you.

I think "redo-ing" your lines is strong word. Your return line shouldn't matter all that much - it's a return line, low pressure, etc ... so I'm sure you can use that as is no problem. At the most you shouldn't need anymore than a foot -6an fuel line b/c the where the fuel rail is. I realize this is relative to where you install the SFMU unit, but if you've located in the upper left corner of the fire well (where the CC normally is) you shouldn't need anymore than a foot. So, my point is, that's not a lot of fuel line to "redo".
