looks good, now get those pipes painted/powdercoated before they rust.

Most of the pipes are aluminized. One little section is just steel and it is rusting. :(

You suppose an air-bypass valve would stand the pressure? Would be great insurance if so... considering it was 1st demo'd on some drag NSX, I think it just might!

Bypass valves aren't the best thing in the world. They tend to wear out and the foam hardens over time. That said, using one in his current set-up(or mine) would be difficult, due to the stress that would be placed on the valve since there is a bend right off the turbo(where the valve would go). Unless you weld some sort of bracket you can bolt the pipe to.

just put one of those bypass valves on the hot side of the pressure pipe and call it a day; it'll make sure you dont get any pressure built up in
you intercooler. :+

I'm sorry, what? First of all, bypass valves aren't very durable pieces of equipment. I highly doubt they can withstand the pressure from the compressed air and the heat from it.

That said, your comment reguarding, preventing pressure in the intercooler blows my mind. There will be pressure in there no matter what once you're boosting. Maybe you meant water build up? Even so, I have no idea as to what you're recommending.
