how do you size an intercooler for your turbo project... im in the midst of figuring out a turbo kit, and im trying to decide what size of intercooler to use, and im not finding much info on the matter... i plan to intstall one before im turbo'd, just to minimize the on/off bumper thing...any advice would be useful btw(invader front bumper) any size recommendations? TIA

You size the IC as you would a turbo or injectors. You need to determine how far your willing to go into the rabbit hole. You wouldnt buy a IC capable of 600hp if you only plan to run 15psi daily. Your goal would pretty much determine what product you get.

as far as boost goes i plan on sticking w/ 12 psi daily...im trying to go for something that will require the minimum cutting out of the front impact bar, and yet still be adequate for what i need... any reccomendations? im thinking along the lines of a 24-27"x7x2.5 would that be sufficient or pushing it? any links to sites that could help me out would be beneficial.
