is possible to turbocharge my 420a motor Auto tranny.
The local shop, where I get work done. Owner, suggested a turbo kit, when I an INJEN cold-air intake from him.

did anyone here done this to a 420a motor.

I don't have the cash to swap out the 420a for an 4g63 w5spd trans.

That right there has been my best friend since I joined this forum and because of that I have yet to be flamed for my posts. Follow the above instructions cause these people have a lot of experience and INFO on here about the 420a's. Good luck and happy REPAIRING! :thumbsup

Not to be an ass, but a 10 second search will yield you more information than you can take in in a year. If you are seriously interested in this do a little homework and learn what your up against and how you should approach it.

Be ready for flaming for even the mention of swapping in a 4g63

In this 420a forum, you opted to post in the "TURBO" section, asking if anyone has turbo'd their car.

You have alot of learning to do my young padawon.

This is how i was when i first came here until everyone bitched at me.. So then i started reading and reading and hey im already starting my stage 2 custom turbo kit. Trust me you learn alot of stuff from using that SEARCH button.
