Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

If it's just one of those blinky light type AFR gauges, they aren't reading shit unless you're at WOT. Only way to get a gauge that provides useful information all the time is to invest in a good wideband O2 sensor.

Stock injectors can't supply enough fuel for 10psi on a S16g. Turn your boost down to 8ish and your car will likely be faster and not have this issue.
Verify your boosted fuel pressure, too. Cartechs have been known to fluctuate and tend to not stay where you set them.

Mine always moved the pressure around, sometimes by up to 10psi at idle if it wasnt corrected every now and then. I ditched that thing fast and moved up to an SFMU for a while.
I also agree about the stock injectors Even at 8psi the fuel pressure was scary high. Grab some aftermarket 310s if you want to run 10psi boost. and grab yourself and SFMU or look into a better tuning solution.
