HOW LONG DID IT TAKE FOR YOUR TURBO TO COME IN? AND WHERE DID YOU BUY IT FROM. I JUST ORDERED ONE AND THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE A WEEK AND 3 DAYS.

HRC told me 2 weeks and 3 months AFTER the initial 2 weeks I got it. And they sent the wrong intercooler so I had to wait another month for the right one. Good luck getting it.

it took HRC 4 weeks to get my turbo kit to my house... that was around the sept.11 tragedies tho...

Well, he was askin' about STAR kits... HRC's delay's are due to the fact they can't make em quick enough to satisfy all the orders.. but it does seem like they fxck up orders a lot from how many people complain about getting wrong parts, but it could be miscommunication... The times I have actually got ahold of Bill, he has been a really cool guy and always very helpful. But I just ordered some gaskets, one was supposed to be the exhaust side of the turbo to the downpipe gasket... and they sent me a 02 sensor gasket or something like that...

98 GS HRC Stage V (nuff said)

Took 3 weeks to get my HRC Stage 1 back in April, then 2 weeks to get my stage 2 upgrade in June. The stage 1 kit was complete, the stage 2 kit was missing the new wastegate actuator and the elbow going from the turbo to the lower IC pipe. Those things arrived a week later.

Well it took about 5 wks to get mine from the end of the group buy from Wyatt. Something about waiting for FMUs to come in. I think I was one of the last to get theirs.

Darkone. If u could go back and start over again would u still buy the star kit or would u get the hahn? Because I am researching as much as posible but I just cant tell which one to pick. thanks

That's really a tough call. I got my Stage 2 STAR for 2700 shipped.. At the time, an HRC kit was much more expensive. I'm certain that if i could go back and start over, there would be a great many things i would do differently. Who's to say?

Just buy HRC.
