Anyone have any idea of how the car would react if you had the lines on the FMU installed backwards (The side port connected to your fuel tank and the line running from the bottom of the FMU connected to your fuel rail)?

I was thinking about that last night and couldn't figure it out. The fuel pressure will be very, very far from proper... although if its way too high or way too low is beyond me

Well I'm just trying to figure this out. I did not install my turbo kit, and when it was installed I knew far less than I do now, which might not say a whole lot but I would have never known if something was hooked up wrong. For the longest time I've had a problem leaning out under boost. There has been no gradual process to it, as soon as it hits boost it's lean. I'm getting ready for a MS install and the other day I was installing the aeromotive 1:1 and when i read the instructions, from what I understand the old FMU was hooked up the wrong way, atleast it was different from the Aeromotive. The aeromotive instructions say that (and correct me if I'm wrong) the line connecting to the bottom of the unit goes to the fuel tank, and the line from the side of the unit goes to the fuel rail. Well my 4:1 FMU was hooked up just the opposite, so I took it apart to try to figure out how it works and it looks like that has been my "lean" problem all along if I'm right about how these things are SUPPOSED to be installed.
