93384, Turbo intake side making funny noise after bov goes off

Ok here is the problem i just got my 14b installed on my gs. The turbo makes a funny sound like a pigeon when the bov blows off but its not the bov the sound is comming from the compressor intake i took the filter off and could feel that when it blows off the intake flutter sucks instead of just keeping on sucking and its loud and anoying its sounds louder than the bov itself what do you guys think. also i was having another problem with the setup when i start to build boost the car studdars then begins boosting or if i start boosting i start to loose power at wot i cleaned the ML out and replaced the filter but it still persists. what do you guys think? Could this be compressor surge and how do i fix it.

ok i fixed the surge and got the bov to work properly but know my missing link is not doing what it is supposed to ive cleaned it out and put a new filter on it but my ecu is syill reading boost and messing everything up. what do you guys think i should do. Any other options instead of the missing link.

a new ml, or a voltage clamp. i heard the adjustable ones are kick ass. try blowing in the ml. see if it sticks or not.
