91906, Which AEM wideband O2
Posted by tim96rs, Dec-08-05 10:30 AM
I am looking to buy a wideband O2 but there are two different ones. One of them is about 250 and the other is like 380. Which one of them will work with the MS. If you know a better wideband let me know.

my guess is that the cheap one is for one with a fixed faceplate and a/f or lamda setting. the expensive one is the 6-in-1 version. basically with the 6-in-1 you can change your faceplate between different colors and switch the display between a/f and lamda. it's a neat feature but prolly not worth the extra money.

Most of the turbo guys I know use the zeitronix.

http://zeitronix.com/

Very reasonably priced and has a wider range than the AEM. The display can also show EGT and boost with the approriate snesors. The logging software is great. Give them a look I guarrantee you wont be dissapointed.

Yeah the Zeitronix is great but I don't want all that info right now. To log all that info will cost 3 times what the AEM cost. Besides when running the MS you can log all that and some.

.:scratch umm...where did you get that :wtf

$279 for the zt-2 setup w/o the lcd display. the egt and boost sensors are add-ons that you can get at a later date as well as the screen.
