this has probably already been answered but how easy is it to install the turbo on the 2.4 and what size turbo would be best?

the same manifolds we use for the 2.0 are fine, and you can use the same turbos, although my guess is that if you have to time and dedication to put in a 2.4, you have the time and dedication to build the bottom end and make big numbers. Personally I would put on a 57 trim T3/T4, or a Super 20G. Or you could put on a pure T04E and make huge power and still get the turbo spooled by around 3,700rpm while us 2.0 guys wait for 4,200 to make boost.

you must make careful consideration about an external wastegate, though. The engine is quite a bit taller, which leaves extremely little room for an external wastegate on top of the manifold, so you either need to put it underneath the manifold, or use an internal gate that fits.

Deltagates fit on STAR style manifolds with a 2.4L block. Tial gates will hit the hood. Mine has been self clearnacing on the hood for a few eeks now, and i have a nice sized dent from it.

sounds like you need to do a lot more reading and searching before trying to tackle something like this.
