Just looking for some pics of everyone water cooled turbo setup and how they routed everything, I have a t3/t04e on it's way and am watercooling it. Please post your pics if you have a watercooled turbo, I have seen the pictures of expensive ones with stainless steel lines, but lets see some other ones and opinions of where the best location would be to tap into the coolant for the turbo. TIA and hopefully this helps a lot of other people who are not yet watercooled to want to do it. ~Jeffo

I dont' have a pic but theres the hard coolant line that runs from the thermostat housing on the left. It goes in front of the head strait across and then down on the right. It then branches off into 2 lines. I used one for coolant into the turbo and one for out of the turbo to drain it.
did that make any sense??

Here is my setup. It might be a little more elaborate than what your looking for, but it works very well.

What would the easiest way be to just tap the lines like that without spending tons of money on SS line? ~Jeffo

Has anyone done a setup with rubber hoses? Anyone else have any other pictures of their setups? Also, A write up would be nice for a future reference for anyone else wanting to do this. Do you remember everything that you did BOOSTED ECLIPSE???? If not, when I get my turbo, I'm gonna be water cooling it, so I will do a write up on it. ~Jeffo

You can do it with rubber lines with no problem. If you use rubber hose I would suggest using a high quality brand. I will try to do a right up if I get the time, but in the mean time if someone needs help with their setup I would be glad to help out.

I used Gates red rubber hose on mind. I ran it the same way tim ran his in the diagram. Works great
