Ok I need to know where I can buy a oil sending sensor thing. Its what you take out to put in that tee for the turbo oil feed line. I went to Advanced auto parts and all the years they had wouldnt match with the right one. Any help would be appreciated.

Also could someone tell me the size fitting that goes on the test port of the fuel rail.

Alright, thank you. Also my downpipe is touching the AC lines. Is it ok to try and bend those lines where they are metal?

Does anyone have pictures of there hahn intercooler picture pipes. Ive been looking but no luck. I got the bottom one to connect to the turbo pipe but the one with blow off valve and upper pipe seem to need a 90 degree couplet like the one coming off turbo. Did we screw these up or something?

I got my replacement oil pressure sender from AutoZone for $25 (in stock), are you sure he knew what you were asking for?

Yea, they checked every single eclipse from 95-99. We got them all out and none of them matched up, it was wierd.

So today we didnt get much done cause we are realizing we are missing to many small pieces to complete the install. If someone could tell me what exact piece i need for each of these and where to get them I would greatly appreciate it.

1. I know the test port is a -4AN fitting, where can I get that.
2. The piece to drain the oil from a Super 16 turbo that comes with Hahn Kit.
3. I have the oil drain line but also need the piece to connect it to the oil pan.
3. Still need oil pressure sender, Advanced, Pep boys, noone seems to have right one.
4. Where to get right size screw to block off stock FPR.
5. Local place to pick up a schrader valve removal tool.

One question..we did the intercooler piping but it seems that the bumper couldnt be put back on cause the one rail thing is blocked by the upper pipe...

you should be able to get the right bolt off the stock fpr from most auto parts stores, if not definetly any hardware store or home depot/lowes (i'm not positive but if i remember correctly it is a 12mm w/a 1.25 pitch)
Also any parts store should have the schrader valve removal tool ($3 max)
ALso what do you mean oil pressure sender, if you mean the stock sensor that is hooked up to the oil light on your gauge cluster then you really shouldn't need a new one, you just need to go to a hardware store and piece together a T to go between the block and the oil pressure sensor that reduces down to whatever size the fitting on the oil feed line is, the only advantage to getting a new sensor is you can take it to the hardware store and figure out what parts you need to make the T, that's what my dad did while i installed the turbo and dp

I think that covers about half of what you were looking for and i hope it helps, gl
