Ok so My friends and I started installing last night. We got a lot done but have just a few questions about the fuel set up. My friend said he understands how to do the return line, just not the feed line. Are we meant to tap a line into the fuel rail? Or are there fittings you put into the ends to connect the fuel lines? If so, where to get them cause this kit def. is missin a few little pieces. We also need a bolt that connects turbo to manifold. We are missing the piece to tap the oil pan with.

Also did you guys bend your ac lines at the bottom, because mine are touching and I know that is not a good idea. Be smart to exhaust wrap the downpipe?

Is this for the sfmu and with the hrc kit? You start from the steel fuel line in the fuel tank, then remove the stock fpr, then add new fuel hoses, attach an inline fuel filter, (add fuel hose then the accel inline, if you don't have the accel, skip this part), then more fuel hose, then attach that fuel hose to the stock steel feed line under the car (double clamp it).

Its a 96, I have the walbro pump also. Stock steel feed line? So there is no need to motify the fuel rail?

Nope, no need to mod the fuel rail. The sfmu feedline goes on the opposite end of the fuel rail where the shrader check valve is (tire step like imput with plastic cap cover). That's the only thing you really mod on the fuel rail. Other wise, if we are talking about the fuel feed line from the tank to the fuel rail, you don't mod it.

if you've got a walbro then all you have to do for the supply line is take off the stock fpr and and put in a bolt to now seal the wide open hole

Here, like in this pic it shows going to sode port to passengee side fuel rail. How did he get that to connect, tap? It didnt look like anything could come out of that end.

Also it is a HRC kit, no sfmu

On the shrader valve area, I connect AN fittings, and fuel hose, then it goes to fpr like the sfmu or cartech.

Thats the reason everyone's getting so confused lately about all these installs. When you have 42 n3wbies giving out bad install advice and even drawing pictures I can understand the confusion. Cut this, no don't cut that! put it here, no don't put it there!

Yea tell me about it...ok another question. Should I get SS lines to run the return line all the way back to the tank. Also, cant I just leave the supply fuel line alone. It goes from the tank, to the OEM supply fuel line. I just am not seeing why it needs to be cut in the first place.

Block off stock FPR, rerun the fuel return line to the FMU in the engine bay, Run a line from port on FMU to the test port on fuel rail. What am i missing here.

yes, aside from blocking off the stock fpr, you don't need to do anything else to the supply line, might wanna replace your fuel filter while your at it though. Edit: unless if you are using an inline pump. Not sure why you would cut the supply line though even if you were using an inline pump. Also most people would recommend using ss line as opposed to rubber line, but if you have the aluminum hard line that comes with the hahn kit for the return line that will be fine too
