Its odd really. While under boost, my a/f is not changing.

My Fuel Pressure increases like it should, but my A/F is reading from 14.2-14.8 All the time, even under boost.

What wuold cause it to not change? lol

The other weird thing is when I step on it on the highway, whenever I get off the offramp, the car will run super ass rich, meaning 11.4-12.2 at idle, and it will stall out if I dont keep the foot on the gas. It only does it on highway though, and it doesnt do it everytime, just like 1 out of every 3 times I step on it on the highway.

The sensor might be on it's way out. How old is it? Did you recently run leaded gas?

No, I never ran any leaded gas, just some fuel injector cleaner though.

Are you talking about the wbo2 sensor? If so, I just got that wb02 like 2 months ago and AEM claims those sensors are good for 75k miles.

That stuff is junk and never works. To clean a fuel injector you have to force a solution through it backwards.

No, I was talking about the factory narroband since that is what is running your car in closed loop. I probably should have been more specific earlier...

I will swap a new one in then.

AFR will always be between ~14.2-15.1 in closed loop. ECU does not see boost.

I know this, but it stays at this A/F when under boosting...

You can boost in closed loop. Closed loop is until arounmd 70% throttle. If you're not getting open loop at WOT, I'd say TPS.

I am bringing this thread back because yesterday, this started again. I dont understand, the car ran so damn perfect like 2 weeks ago, and now shit is just fucking up, lol. Oh well, part of havnig a highly modded car.

Anyways, the A/F is not changing again, is this a MAP sensor problem or what?

Edit, Maybe even a Missing Link problem?

Did you replace the map yet? If its broke it will certainly effect fuel. Is it still not changing at WOT? As I said the computer will always try to hit 14.7:1 unless you are at WOT.

Ya I bought a brand new MAP yesterday.

I didnt hit WOT yet again though. Just trying to keep away from the lovely detonation.

I will bring her out again later on and try a WOT pull and see what happens. I will keep ya posted.
