I'm looking for a 2+1/16" Electronic Fuel Pressure Gauge
(preferrably an Autometer Ultra Lite to match)
for use in-car (all the time) in Center Gauge Bezel

They have a 15psi, 30psi, & 7-bar gauges also

I appologize, I suffer from 'lack of identity' LMAO when it comes telling the 2x apart. Personally, I just refer 2 them by '99 & '97. Regardless, I'll stop (was doing 4 continuity) as it makes no diff I suppose. :dark

Yes that gauge would work. I however don't like autometer gauges for quality purposes so I tend to stick with greddy, apexi, defi. If you compare the build quality, the others are way ahead, and for close to 200 dollars for an autometer gauge, might as well go with greddy, apexi, or defi since they are already in the same league. I know my greddy pressure gauge was 210 and that is with the warning, peak, and hold function. Although autometer has excellent warrantee services. Just make sure they cover their products sold over ebay.

No, I agree w/ U... I'd personally rather have Greddy or Apexi. Apexi is much more expensive & prob my least fav here tho. The reason why I didn't ask about Greddy's is cuz they work on a 6-bar design, is that the right terminology? I'm unfamiliar w/ it's use but recognized the psi of the Autometer. I think the Greddy loox the best of the 3x, not to mention it's ~$50 less.

Can you pleaz explain how you would read such a gauge as this? You convert to psi in your head?

I see now your peak/hold, but that only appears to be in 60mm & I was wanting to put it in center gauge bezel along w/ oil pressure... what is the peak/hold function & is it worth it? Not concerned so much about the $$$ as I am its placement in the car, preferrably not replacing the center vents. (I already searched)

If you go to google, you can search for metric conversion and they have a calculator that turns psi to bars, and bars to psi. I am not going to lie to you, when I posted questions, I had to convert them for people to help me, but not to mention make an Excel spreadsheet with the conversions that I painstakenly created (I CAN EMAIL YOU THE SPREADSHEET IF YOU WANT). MY boost, egt, and liquid pressure gauge are all metric so I had to do this. My wideband is AEM, all four are black.

THe reason why I really wanted greddy gauges is because of the peak/hold/warning functions that they have, and the quality. You can tell the quality difference by merely holding and comparing the two companies gauges. I am have a stock engine so monitoring boost levels, and egt levels, and whether I have overboosted are ESPECIALLY CRITICAL. Like when I do a hard run, I keep and eye on the gauges obviously, but when I slow down, I just press the memory button just to double check that I didn't go over the 7 psi level (.48 bar) or 820 C. Now that I think about it, I would have just gone with a non-peak/warning liquid pressure gauge since it is not really as vital to have that feature to me, but I do not regret spending the money on the boost and egt warning gauges. Please note that all greddy warning/peak/hold gauges are 60mm, so you would obviously need larger gauge pods. It depends on whether or not you want have the peak/hold/warning function. I for one deemed it necessary, but then again, I do have a stock motor. If you don't want the warning features, you can just get the regular, 52mm ones that they have.

Also, my liquid pressure gauge is actually supposed to be an oil pressure gauge, but hell, they both measure liquid and I think the greddy fuel pressure gauge are slightly more expensive, but I bought the oil pressure gauge instead of the fuel. They measure liquid pressure so it doesn't matter and I don't have any problems with this set up.

HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....... yeah, pleaz email me your spreadsheet if you could. My addy is jharbeck at edgeproductions dot com, am interested to see how difficult. I've gotsta tell you tho, the whole conversion thing has me swaying to the Autometer... even tho Greddy is less $$$ in this case.

I read on here tonight that you can use an oil pressure gauge for fuel pressure and save money that way. Is this true? If so, why doesn't everyone do this lol.
