My turbo is not holding boost at all. No matter what I set the boost controller at it ends up going back to around 6psi. I have BC set to 9psi and it hits 9psi then drops back down to 5-6psi. I even did a test and hit 15psi then it dropped back to 6psi. Whats up with that?? I know a super16G can hold 9psi boost. whats the problem?

Boost leak or an exhaust leak. Check all your IC piping first, then look for leaks around your manifold and turbo.

Could it be coming from where I took the breather out of the filter?? I highly doubt it but I better start the process of elimination..

Could it be from where HRC's downpipe attaches to the stock downpipe?? That doesnt look very air tight to me but its after the turbo so could that cause the problem?

That's a boost leak dude- check all your piping between the turbo and the intake mani. including all around the intercooler.

The connection to the downpipe does suck (if you dont weld it) and I found out the hard way. Just for reference, a leak (or missing downpipe hehehe) down there causes really lumpy idle, stalling, and a "too lean" CEL.

Well...I took the car to my friend and he welded the downpipe for me...awesome (why doesnt HRC just have a full downpipe that bolts to the cat--gay) Anyways...I took apart all my turbo pipes and intercooler to get all that nasty oil out that was blowing off in the BOV. As i was doing this I noticed a damn hole in one of those rubber elbows that comes with the HRC kit. Theres my boost leak. F**K Do normal auto part stores sell those??? Like Pep Boys or Trak Auto??
