Hey everyone, I was looking at ebay at this t3, and it looks like a good deal, except I noticed the exhaust flange, what is that?

hmm, so, can you use it? or where would you get an exhaust flange that would work?
EDIT: I just talked to the seller, and he said he wasn't sure what car it came off of, but he knows the buick v6 has the same exhaust housing, so again, im not sure if i could use this?
