After all my questions and issues with the fuel system turns out it was just the gsx pump that was the weak link so now with the walbro my cars finally boosted properly even if the intercooler piping does look ghetto

off the turbo is a silicone elbow off the intercooler is the stock 1g rubber piping cut for couplers and the rest is home depot shit i recommend not using them they suck but as long as it holds 5-6 lbs for now its fine...thanks for the compliment too

o yeah that does look like shit, its been like that for quite some time i've been really lazy about tryin to fix it, it does sound nice though and i know at some point i said i was gonna fix that after the turbo so i guess its now time

I wasn't really worried about the sound just the fact that i hear the bov and the turbo spool puts a smirk on my face, its nothing high pitched or anything, just sounds like air being released my bov is also not crushed my friend has a 1g gsx and his is crushed which he says makes it louder idk though b/c he doesn't vent to the atmosphere. i dont have a way of getting a sound clip though sorry. if your worried about sound and you want something high pitched or some sort of whistle buy some name brand bov if you want one that will work with any amount of boost you throw at it for really cheap get the 1g bov

Congrats. So, you didnt actually tell us what it was like driving her now? Did the boost give her a kick in the ass or what?

its fun, but the turbo doesnt spool real fast (still got the stock exhaust) and i think there may be a boost leak and i think my clutch is starting to slip too. i'm gonna hook the wastegate up to the intake manifold though so it doesn't open until there is 7psi in the manifold and see how well that works out and i may just unbolt the downpipe from the cat, but yeah its much more fun to drive

i know what you mean about the not spooling fast, i'm still running my stock exhaust, and it doesn't spool up all the way until about 4000 or so, but im just breaking the motor in now so i don't need insta-boost, once i break it in and make sure nothing else breaks, i'll buy my exhaust
