Hey guys,
Been real busy lately, so I haven't had time to get on. Anyways, couple questions.

Gonna hook up the Tial WG (38mm) soon, and the diagram says the source should come pre throttle plate. I'm assuming this is because the WG doesn't want to see vacuum?

I'm going to hook it up right to the compressor housing to start with (I know this will cause the car to boost slightly lower, but this is fine as I tune it)

Now, I was thinking, in the future, I'd rather have it coming off the manifold. I was thinking about putting a brake booster check valve in the line to prevent it from seeing vacuum. Has anybody done this? Is this how you're supposed to do it? If so, should I put some type of a bleed after the valve but before the WG to prevent any built up pressure from affecting the WG?

Your knowledge is appreciated.

PS I suppose the other option would be to tap the intake pipe somewhere before the TB and be done with it.

Just feed it a boost source. i've always contended that using a manifold boost source for any sort of boost controller is stupid, but no one listens to me.

I have my waste gate signal right off the compressor housing :P

just seem logical to me...shortest run :shrug

I run mine off the intake manifold.

You guys still run the boost gauge source from the mani though, right?

Edit: Nevermind, I'm dumb. The compressor would never see any appreciable vacuum, and you'd want to make sure your gauge sees that. I'm retarded.
