Yet another question. I am using search and reading Maximum Boost over and over to try to find the answers to these questions I swear. I am looking at an RX7 turbo but my hot and cold sections are on the wrong side, does it matter if I mount the turbo upside down to get them on the right side? I know I will probably have to clock the turbo to get my oil drain pointing down and have good welds on the minfold where it hooks up. If I mount it right side up then my exhuast and outlet pipe would have a wierd bend in them to get where they need to go.

as long as you dont reverse to oil feed and drain, which as you said can be corrected by clocking the turbo then you will be ok.
