I was wondering if you switched to a larger radiator and aftermarket slim fans? I was thinking of doing this but don't think the stock radiator can handle the added stress of extra heat it has to deal with.

Yes, I haven't noticed any change to my radiator temps.
I have a 160* stat w/ only a driver side fan (which is always on), and water wetter, and my temps stay between 160-175, and my fmic completely blocks the radiator and it's been 90+ degrees out.

If your cooling system is operating correctly, you will never even notice the added load. I am speaking from personal experience.

my radiator is fine. only prob i have is i keep killing thermostats.. so for now i have none. but other than that nothing is bad about it.
