I drop the O ring inside the intake. That means I have to take the intake off right or do ya think it will cause a problem(yes). Any tips would be helpfull. The fuel rail was cracked half way around the test port fitting. Anybody had that happen.:cry

i sure wouldnt want any debris running in on my motor even if it is rubber. just wondering, how did you drop it in? was the o-ring to big for the injector?

No pulled the 450DSM injectors out because the rail and the Oring came off the injector and fell in the intake. yeah what are the odds of that happeningx(

Get an empty vacum cleaner(strong shop vac), and suck it out..look into the vacum to see when you get it :)

most likely you will be able to get it out by removing the lower intake and a pick.

If your really lucky you can reach through the injctor port i the intake and pull the oring out with a hook pick. i have done that on my z28 when the oring fell into the intake.
