I gaurantee you everyone who says yes will have a small or quick spooling turbo, and efficient intercooler.

I have a Stock 3000GT and get it off reving and load, off reving its not much though.

I as well am waiting for my Greddy Type S :thumbsup

ya but doesnt tim use the 16g with the hahn setup?
if he does, he should be getting a BOV at a rev.

the only thing i have yet to understand is, if the idea is that, the bigger the turbo, the slower the spool, meaning harder to buildup at a rev, why can other cars with the same turbo as me, rev it up and get the BOV to go off at a rev? lol

I have a super 16g and also had a t3/t4 and both made my greddy type s go off when revved. I also mean revving to about 4500 and up, not below that.

i have to be under load to make mine go off. i too have the 3KGT bov running 6psi, however i love the sound my turbo and bov make combined when i'm running the car hard with no hood! ...sweeeet

I have the Type S, friggen thing goes off all the friggen time! Revving at idle gets it going, taking foot off the gas at a low RPM (~3k) gets it going... 'bad, bad BOV it urges me into too many races I didnt want in the first place.' I even tried making the spring harder so it wouldnt keep doing that, but it didnt make a difference.

i am now changing my vote, to yes, i can make it go off with a rev.
i adjusted my blitz dd screw on the BOV today and if i rev up to like 4k rpm, it goes off, just not real loud. i like :)

I still think it's my intercooler setup. I'm using a S16g and a side to side flow Spearco. The turbo spools quick as fuck, so much that in an atx I have traction problems up to about a 40mph pull.

turbo xs rfl/s16g/starion cooler. Blows off just fine. Any yes its mega ricey.
