For those of you who have replaced the accel pump, what did you use and how do you like it? I have a walbro 255 in the tank, but for some reason it's leaning out above 10 psi. With the accel on it's fine, but it's loud as hell. You can hear the pump over my car, and that's quite a feat.

Derek, I use the Walboro intank 255HP only, and i've had no problems with 15 psi at all..You sure your intank isn't going bad? I can't stand the loud ass inline pumps..The Walboro should be good for like 450-500HP i belive.. Do you notice your fuel pressure drop off under boost? I wouldn't rule out the FPR either, although less likely..

Will please somebody make this so we don't have to use that Accel pump? Two walbros in the tank would solve all fuel problems...

I use a single Holley intank with no problems.

Well my walbro must be bad. I don't have any way to watch my fuel pressure under boost, perhaps ill run a line from the fpr out of the hood and watch it. When I turn on the fuel pumps with the car off my fpr seems to work. I apply pressure and vacume and the pressure changes like it should. I really think it's my walbro. Sumbitch. It's not loud, I can hear the walbro but it's not killing me like the accel. The walbro isn't that old, I wonder if I got shafted and they didn't send me a walbro. :wary

I have been debating if I should get rid of the Accel and just use an intank Walbro... the Accel is very noisy and annoying. From the outside, the car sounds like a rocketship.
