I called RRE to get some 4G63 exhaust manifold studs and they had three or four different size studs. Could anyone tell me what size studs I need for the 420a?

The smaller ones for the stock 1G/2G exhaust manifold. They will know which ones to give you if you say that.

There were some part numbers. The stud number differs a bit from the one you posted but it does work as it is installed on my car.

Exhaust man. stud to head 8mm MD005317
Exhaust man. nut 8mm MD092806
Exhaust washer 8mm MD041192
