This may be a stupid question but, are you supposed to run a vac source to the bleed screw? The instructions don't say anything about it so I'm making sure if it needs it or not.

Turbo the bleed screw to slightly tune the fuel curve.

Vacuum line does not go to the bleed screw, just the vacuum port on the SFMU.

You will need to put a check valve on the end of that sucker though. Else you will cause a vacume leak.

I just put a vacuum fitting plug over it. You can get them at Autozone. I'd think it would be just the same as a check valve.

Sooo, what, do I need to put a check valve on it? And would I use a two-way check valve? Sorry but I've never used one before.

Autoparts stores have check valves, so do aquarium shops.
I haven't found anything that will screw into it yet. I also forgot what size it is.

Yeah I don't know. I drove the car for ten minutes w/ the bleed valve vacuum fitting open and my idle vac was stil 15-20 :shrug. Maybe I'll just leave it alone for now until it starts to cause problems.

My vac is at 18 w/ it open, 20 w/ it closed. Haven't noticed any problems ?
