When I turn my keys to ign. I hear the fuel pump just bleep, and see my fuel pressure jump up real quick then just fade back to 0. On the harness going to my fuel relay the +12v connections are good (I tested them grounding to the frame), but the ecu ground signal to trigger the relay only allows for 10.6 volts (except right when the car is started, and when it is running). So I ran test wires from every ground that could help the ecu I could think of and nothing fazed it one bit, it stayed a constant 10.6 volts. The ground signal to my ASD relay is also only capable of 10.6 volts.

Is my ecu going bad, or is there not suppose to be a constant static fuel pressure when the keys are turned to ign. without starting?

The car will not keep running the pump unless the car is running, itself. What you see is normal, it is more to prime the fuel system to crank.

Oh, thanks, do people just remove the vac line to set their static pressure then?

Yes, that's how its supposed to be done.
