is the howell built short block any good? and how much boost could it hold with a stock head?oh and 440's with sfmu

Yes it is good, it may take some time to get it but it will be worth it. As for the boost that will be limited by your fuel system, not your stock head or your new bottom end. Your bottom end will be able to handle upwards of 800HP with the new eagle rods (or at least that is their rating).

you aint shitting there. Im a couple months waiting on just a bottom end kit! If I had known it would take this long I would have ordered elsewhere. Another friend of mine, it took him 6 months to get his kit. I thought it was just a fluke, guess not.
