85482, My plans for next year

I wanted to know what you guys think of my upcoming plans. I'm shooting for 250whp for daily dirving and 300+ for the track. I'm going to rebuild the engine all forged internals,
JE-pistons/rings
eagle rods
clevit bearings
melling oil pump
SS valves
titanium
springs/retainers
pt lifters
arp head studs

As far as a turbo kit goes i think i'm going to piece something together so i get everything i want. I want to run about 10psi daily. The reason for only 10psi is New Hampshire has emissions and that i need to pass every year. I've heard that you can pass emissions if you are tooned well at low psi?? Is there anyway i could just turndown the boost before i went in to get emissions done? As far as supporting mods goes i'm going to keep my bosal brospeed exhaust and go with an exhaust cutout. Also i'm going to be doing a little bit of porting and polishing the intake manifold which will have a 60mm t/b. I'll probly go with 034efi for tuning, and some sort of ignition system upgrade.

I was also going to throw on a direct port nitrous system and run about a 100shot. I'm not a total nooob when it comes to nitrous, I think i could make it happen.

Well this is my plan and i'm sure i left something out. Also do you think that my plan is overkill for the numbers i want?

looks like good products you picked but i would have your head ported and polished and throw in some turbo cams as well with a megasquirt maybe. get a boost controller so you can turn the boost up/down for emissions testing and driving. why put forged internals in and only run 10psi when you could get a BC and run 15 daily and 3 for testing purposes!? lol have fun with forged internals and beef up the boost some!

i don't know what you already have but you're probably going to want a better clutch, some big axles, and maybe an lsd if you've got the cash, i've heard traction is a bitch
