84737, Just wondering but... WHERE DID YOU Placed Your wideband sensor?

Just wondering? Is it next to the stock O2 sensor? Or is it at the bend, etc... Share your opinions.

I plan to do it around the same area...maybe a few extra inches depending on where the cutout is going to split off.

I actually installed mine on my testpipe. Easy access and its still accurate.

i installed mine where the stock o2 sensor for the rear is supposed to be., then later when i decided to install my rear o2, i just welded a bung next to the wideband.

Are do you have a catalytic converter? If so, your Lambda sensor should be installed BEFORE the converter.

i thot it always had to be 14" away from the turbo. wow, if you can put it on the testpipe where the cat used to be, im doing that when i get mine. much easier access to, but i thought the readings wouldnt be as accurate as it would be closer to the turbo... interesting!

i dont have a cat or res. only 3" downpipe to 3" exhaust to 3" inlet muffler. there are no emissions here.. ;)

mine is 10' from the turbo....stock O2 is 3 inches past that. I build my own DP and thats where i put them.
