I searched and found conflicting results on weither or not the 20 Ohhm 50W resistors are safe by themselves, because they get hot. I've read that you need a heatsink and I've read that you should use a transformer not resistors. Please shed some light on my confusion. Thanks...

i believe somebody here said before that you can actually use a factory ballast box from an early 90's honda or something, but im not sure.

yea a honda resistor box will work or the resistor box out of a 89-99 GST/GSX since itsd a little smaller.

I don't get why cars that come oem w/ peak and hold injectors (low impedance) have resistor boxes in them. I thought their ecu's were designed to handle the load?

can you use a resistor box from a non turbo first gen dsm?...i can get my hands on one of those pretty easily...anyone know where its located in that car?

could someone explain this scheme a bit to me, I dont understand on the cutting part and what to do with the white wire?. It may be clear cut to you guys, but certainly not to me...thanks.

Each of your injectors have a constant +12v going to them. Each +12v wire (blk/red) on your injectors needs to be intercepted by the resistor pack.

You will need hook it up so that +12v is going to the resistor pack on the white wire only, and then each of your injectors blk/red wire coming out of them needs to go to the resistor pack only.

It's probably in the main fuse box. Why do you need to find it?

OH, the schematic says that white wire from the resistor goes connected to black/red+ from relay?? ok, confused again.

You can just use the black/red that was initially going to your injectors :-)
