My dumb ass taped the #1 runner because I had the header upside down. How much difference in temp is going to be in the #1 than the #4 runner.

Who knows? It might be significant or it might not. Everyone else uses the driver's side runner (#4). You can weld the hole shut and tap the #4 runner. That way you can be confident that when you discuss EGT's with everyone else, you are talking about the same things.
