83736, 2.5" IC piping OK? Posted by Erik, Mar-15-05 07:15 AM I'm picking up a FMIC with 2.5" inlet/outlet and I still have some 2.5" bends from JCWhitney left over from making my exhaust. Anybody see a problem with making the new piping with 2.5"? I have a 1g w/ 2" piping now but ony 5 psi. When my tax return comes I'm getting forged stuff and probably MS for 15-20 psi. | |

83738, RE: 2.5" IC piping OK? Posted by corsagsbo, Mar-15-05 07:30 AM 2.5 will be fine, just not ideal for low boost as you are right now. Keep pipe length to a minimum and maintain a smooth transition through each section. | |
