I boost 15psi regularly cuz I'm forced to. I've tried two different mbc, my turboxs and my joe p. No matter which one I use, no matter how out or in the screw is in, it will only boost 15psi, no less and no more. So I take the mbc out and reconnect the line from the outlet to the waste gate actuator and I can't boost no more than 2psi (HRC spring setting when they sent it to me.) WTF is up?

2 PSI wastegate spring? As far as I know, the lowest HRC ever had was a 5 psi spring..Sounds like your wastegate actuator is bad..
