I have a new greddy type RS and it is not making the woosh when the throttle is suddenly released when under boost. I even have it a it's lose setting.

check vac lines? perhaps you blew one off

the ssqv makes a woooosh but i don't think the greddy is that type of sound....more high pitched.

Well, I contacted the place I got it. Those are set for high boost. There are 2 springs inside. I had to remove one so it would work properly. I goes woosh! now...lol
