What are the actual dimensions? What does it look like on the inside? Any pressure drop/efficiency testing yet? I am very happy "one of our own" is taking on something like this.

As far as testing yes testing has been done.
Charge Air Specifications:
1024 CFM at 5000 RPM
Turbo in temp 162 F Deg. IC out temp 82 F Deg
Pressure Drop .002 PSI

forgot you had details in the other post. I'm guessing you tested it on the car. What was the ambient temp? I was going to say something about the endtanks, but you can't argue with the results...0.002 psi is great! I'm glad you chose to put the inlet and outlet on the same side, I hate having to run and extension pipe over to my passenger side (I have to be very careful not to smash it on driveways).
