Has any one done a dyno comparison of the two yet on our motors? I remember some one mentioning it a while back but didnt remember if they went through with it or not. Also who was the person who made the equal length manifolds and how much were they?
best time so far 14.3 @ 101.1mph(no traction)

None of the equal length manifolds for our car have stayed in one piece long enough to make it to a dyno session.

It is obvious they flow better, I just wanted to see if there were any numbers yet. Like I said I thought some one was doing it. Who makes one for our car that stays together though. I saw an SSautochrome one but who knows? Imight have to try and make my own.

Any self respecting shop that makes a good one will cost you in the 500+ range......unless you know how to master TIG welding and using 321 (not 304) stainless which is the material recomended in turbo aps...

No one YET...
Good ones are around 1k plus from Full-Race and TorqueFreaks. Both options require that you bring them the car for fabrication until a production piece is made. So if you live near AZ/OR you are fine..

Once you start adding big turbos on our cars and equal length runners, space becomes an issue. I dont have equal length but its a tubular design.

I went over to Full Race. They quoted me about $1200+ for the mani, and i would have to convert to a 'half' size radiator.

Slimfans look like a must buy. I dont know if even the Fluidyne or Griffin radiator would still fit.

Personally i would dump the stock fans for the slimline. I wouldn't and don't use a A/C Fan at all.

Agree....
For the manifold placement with the runners, the main concern is the wastegate location:
The big advantage of using the FP series of turbos is that you can mount the wastegate on the turbo facing horizontal vs. on the manifold. Which allows more room for the runners. You also use V-bands which take up less space.
I don't know.. I guess we will see when the fab guy gets done with my car. He is suppose to start on it this week.
I just took these pictures today when I dropped off my new 44mm Tial wastegate. The car is ready and waiting for a new manifold!
