I bought a used HRC Stage 2 kit about a month back. When I received the kit and began the install, I noticed that I was missing a lot of fittings, hoses, etc.. I called HRC for help and despite there extreme busyness, Bill got on the phone with me for a total of about 1 1/2 hours and went over the parts list making sure I got everything I needed and making suggestions as we went. He also got all of the parts shiped to me the next day so I could complete the install that weekend. I was very impressed with how helpful they were and I just wanted to thank them publicly and recommend them to anyone who may be considering going turbo in the future. Thanks again Bill!

When I received my HRC kit they made the mistake of sending me a late fuel system instead of the early fuel system that I needed. I caled Brad and informed him of my dilemma and he preomptly sent me the correct fuel system and i will return the unused parts of the late fuel system. Overall the experience i have had with HRC has been extremely positive. they have Been exceptionally helpful and have given me much time when i had questions on injectors and other aspects of the kit.

same here... i got a stage 2 instead of one... but EVERYTHING was taken care of ASAP. Great service.

I also had a problem with my order from NOPI and Bill Hahn Jr called my home personally and apologized. I had everything 2 days later!!!
