Not to long after I had my 60mm TB installed I have been having problems in the high RPMs. At about 5,500 RPM my car starts to shake/jerk and barely will go. At that point I got cell codes which were cylinders miss firing.

I got new spark plugs, wires, and coil pack and no more miss firing but it still jerks and it feels like it isn't get fuel at the high end.

Checked fuel pressure and at idle it stays at about 40-45 psi and the bleed screw is where it is supposed to be. When I had it dinoed they told me that yeah I am getting it cut off. They suggest to upgrade my fuel pump(what they believe to be the problem) and said my fuel injectors are working fine.

I am not sure if it my fuel pump. I have the one that came with the Hahn kit. Any ideas what could be causing this problem?

What boost pressure are you trying to achieve?? If you are pushing too much air and not enough fuel, it will cut off. A walbro should help a lot more than the one from Hahn.

did the dyno tell you what your air/fuel was when it was missing
what is your fuel pressure at at wot
you may need to adjust the bleed screw if it isnt high enough
per hahn's tech line at 6-7 psi it should be close to 100 psi of fuel pressure

i just put in the stage two upgrade to my cartech
consisting of another disc and a ring because my air fuel was too rich at 7psi 10:1

and i was only getting 80psi of fuel pressure

When I had it dinoed

is that the part where dino looks at your problem and then says something that makes you feel really dumb about your car :)

No it doesn't say what the air/fuel mixture on the dino. I think I am just going to let them upgrade my fuel pump like they suggested and hope for the best.

The last dino I had done I was at 186.6whp and 178.9 torque without the upgraded TB and underdrive pulley and now after I did all that I am at 184.7whp amd 182.1 torque. Is that accurate and still only 5.5 punds boost they told me.

I don;t see how they coudl just pinpoint fuel related issues when there is no A/F readings.

Is your car pulling timing ?

How many pounds are you trying to achieve.
