Just finally getting a chance to post up some pics of my turbo project. Most all of the stats are in my sig. I know I need to get rid of the craptech and get MS, soon when money allows. The Cartech was free. This was put together completly custom as you can see, but I'm real happy with how it turned out. I've been boosting about 6 psi and running good. Any thoughts, comments, or questions are always welcome. Enjoy!

Just for the BOV part, but yeah, Lowe's actually :-) The rest is 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum. I couldn't find another way at the time, I needed to put on a flange for the BOV but my MIG died. This was a quick fix. The silver peice on the turbo elbow is just a heat shield over the elbow. I'll fix it after I get new probes for the mig.

It's actually the radiator out of a 6cyl Chrysler Sebring. it's an exact fit, all the mount, dimensions, and the bottom pipe as ours, Just the top pipe is centrally located instead of to the left. The big benefit is that it is TWICE as thick as the stock radiator. Even the fans and mounts are the same. I got it from a U-Wrench-It for 26.99. Makes a great upgrade, and is cheap from junkyards.

all the avenger and sebring with a V6 engine were ATX
it's probably the same size as the 420a ATX but with a different water inlet

About the radiator info, that's not EXACTLY correct. Yes, it's from a 2.5 Avenger, but it's not twice as thick. I happen to own both an I4 and V6 avenger, and the radiators are the EXACT same thickness. MAybe the Avenger radiator is thicker than the Eclipse radiator (highly doubt it) but both Avenger/Sebring radiators are the same thickness. Either way, the kit looks great! How much boost you running?

The radiator CORE in a stock 420a is barely 1/2in thick from the factory, the radiator that I pulled from a 2003 Chrysler Sebring in 1/16in shy of 1in. Effectively this radiator core in twice as thick as my stock one. The top and bottom caps are very close to the same thickness, the core however is much thicker, from the top it appears the same thickness, it's the core that changes.

Maybe different years of sebrings had different radiators or maybe they had an upgraded one, but the one I got is definetly thicker than any stock 2gnt one I have ever seen.

And about the ground wires, yeah I got a little too excited, I'm gonna remove some of them today.... looks a little to cluttered.

One recomendation. The hose clamps on your heat wrap will not last. I tried that and my wrap kept comming loose. I believe the heat caused mass expansion and contraction of the hose clamps, which were not intended to withstand 1500 degrees :). Try bailing wire much better.

Bailing wire??? I used some fairly high end stainless ones out of the McMaster Carr catalog, supposed to be good for high temps but if they break, I'm all over that, thanks for the idea. :-)
