Can anyone tell me how to clean the carbon buildup off of a turbine wheel without having to disassemble the cartridge? My turbo is fine and I don't want to re-balance it just clean it up a bit.

My guess would be throttle body cleaner, since it's designed to remove carbon and not eat rubber seals.

Or you can get mopar combustion chamber cleaner......designed to clean carbon off pistons but should work for turbine.
