Is this turbo kit from xs-engineerng a good way to good for turbo at a good price. What hp would this put me at and would I need anything else with it?

Hmm not sure but I think this kit is for a Eclipse GST or GSX. I don't see a downpipe or exhaust manifold in the picture. It's way too cheap also for a add on kit.

that's true, they are an upgrade for 4G63 motors, I kindda like them, but i hate the fact they come with 10CM exhaust housing (too much lag, with a bit better high end).

Hahns Super16G's have 10cm housings too, the major difference between theirs and everyone elses 16G but I've never heard of anyone complain of lag. And as far the the XS Engineering turbo its a Ball Bearing IHI that I've seen a dyno on when it first came out compared to a 7cm housing 16G and it made more power from bottom to top (like 16hp max, more in the midrange and about the same but still better down low). Ballbearings work wonders. There's a review on RREs site also.
