All i have left is the fuel system. I have the SFMU, but have NO idea how to hook it up. I read the whole instructions that someone posted on 2gnt, but still make no sense at all. Can someone get me like a diagram or something? Also, i have all these tubes (bought the kit used) and i cant figure out which goes to the BOV and which goes where... also, i cant figure out the pressure switch/adapter... can someone get me pics of those or diagrams? I just cant figure it out!

is it just me or does most of that look like vaccum line with boost controler hooked up???

You looked at hahns instructions??? the ones in my sig.

I had a 95 so all i needed to do was put an inline pump in and hook the fpr in between the incoming fuel line and the fuel rail. Sorry didn't help much.


what kit as that for? I haven't seen one with the braided fuel lines before.

Youre right it looks like a Turbo XS mbc. I have one sitting in the garage, same color.

specify...FPR on fuel rail or back by the fuel tank? It looks like you got a bunch of vac lines and ss fuel lines left. This is for the star kit right?

It looks like an oil feed line, oil return line, fuel line from rail to SFMU, vacuum hoses, and some misc. SS hose.

Hey I am getting ready to order all the parts, but the only thing is the Parts # for the guage is the only part # that came back with no results found on summit. When I did a regular search it came up with 3 pages of gauges. The prices go from $17 to $229. Which gauge did you all get?

I am ordering everything off the list on this diagram, because I already have the SFMU and I am planning on buying the walbro 255 from summit too, but can't find the 255 on summit at all.

So if someone could give me the parts # for the gauge and the 255 I would really appreciate it.

Well I see a oil tee and -4AN feed line there. You're gonna want to hook that up. The vacume lines go from a nipple on the upper intake to the boost controller (that blue thing on the lines) and then to the wastegate actuator on the turbo if you have an internal WG, or to the wastegate on the exhaust mani if it's external.

So again, a line come from the intake manifold, over to the bov/turbo area up front, splits with a tee, one goes to the BOV and the other goes through the boost controller and the the wastegate. And for the love of darwin hook up the oil lines before you start it up.

does anyone live in the state of washington that can help me out with this? i just have a couple more things to do! but i am having a hard time figuring it out for some reason?
