Injector size really depends on how much boost you plan to run...typically you can run stock injectors between 5-7 psi safely with the walbro and SFMU. If you are wanting more than that, you need to go larger. Most people start out with 30lb injectors or higher depending on what your goals are for boost.

For your turbo, I would suggest a nice .60 or better compressor(cold) side. A .48 will not be very efficent over 10-12 psi. As for the turbine side, its really up to you, the smaller the AR on it the quicker it will spool, although you will not have as much top end.

Your going to need a SFMU to regulate your fuel requirements if you decide to go that route. Do a search for megasquirt as an alternitive to your fuel needs. Seems to be some great success stories going around.

Does the center section of the turbo have coolant lines? If so, that's another area that you'll have to consider. But, if it does, a TT is not as necessary since the oil isn't given as much cooling responsibilities then.

Looks like you're off to a good start.

Oh! What year? (nm, just read your name--97) You have to do something about the MAP sensor. In 96-99, they'll throw a CEL, cut fuel, timing...etc if they see boost. 95 guys are lucky :) Get a missing link (vacuum bleed) or a voltage clamp (I posted the site around here somewhere on how to make one--dennis doza--type that into google and something will come up.) You'll need that mod to run it correctly.

OK thanks guys, i have checked on the megasquirt as well forgot to mention that. Ill check on the turbo as well. Although what size are 30lb injectors in terms of CCs. And what if i run some 270cc or maybe some 3 something injectors, how much boost and HP can i expect to get safely, and tuned.

30lb = 330cc.
as far as how much boost/hp you can do, it all depends on what your final set up is and what your goals are. Do some more searching and research and make your own determination. Also check this link out,

yeah, i thought 30#'s were 315cc's as well. not like it really matters much in the contex of this post though.
