If Im correct, the Evo FMIC looks a lot smaller than the one you have. I personally like the one you got on it now but to each their own.

Enough said! I haven't even seen one before. Fuck it. I like mine too, I was just wanting something so I can put my driving lights back in.

Why do they suck? They're good up to 450hp with very little pressure drop. And I think they're pretty cheap these days as well. Might be a pain to mount though. Just curious.

They are from from sucking. The Evo intercoolers are great for someone on a budget and will handle a decent amount of flow. The problem for the 2gnt guys would be the position of the inlet and oulet pipes.

What? Evo intercoolers are thin, and the end tanks suck. Every evo I have seen around my area all have upgraded ones and say they got a real decent power increase.

For a stock intercooler they are not bad at all. Ive also heard people that say they experienced a real good power increase from grounding kits, does it mean anything? Ive seen plenty of 300+ whp evos running stock intercoolers. Like I said for the person on a budget it is a viable option.

The end tank layout makes it tough to put on a 2g (but not impossible), is that why the end tanks suck? I don't know, when I had my 2g I would have looked at an Evo FMIC as an option for sure. The only reason people aren't asking about Conquest IC's anymore, is that they are mostly all gone. The Evo IC is huge compared to the Conquest IC that so many people have started off with. If you are on a budget, I don't think you can go wrong with one. They may not be as efficient or make as much power as Hahn's FMIC, but to say they suck is a bit short-sighted.

i dont know much about them but how can they suck if they flow close to 20psi stock? They cant be THAT bad can they?

Fuck, I just wanted to see one on an eclipse. I saw one on a honduh today, but the fuckstick owner didn't want to reveil his "secret t3 monster setup" so all I could see was a bit behind his grill.

You can go with HAHN fmic. Even though it says that you're suppose to remove the foglights, theres are really easy way to mount them and still keep the stock foglights, like what my car has. :)

I'm really not that concerned about it, and sure as hell would spend that kinda money to get some fog lights in. It was just brought up one day and I was wondering how the fitment would be.
