Here is a screen shot using the ghetto Hahn Portfueler software. I am running a S16G and side mount. The air intake temps were right around 76 - 80degF at full boost.

The black dot shows the spike at 22.6psi and then it levels out to a constant ~20psi.

This was done without adjusting timing. The timing was logged to be around 10-11deg at full boost.

The wideband afr at this full boost was right around 10.0AFR.

I know this is pig rich, but this is an untuned hahn map. Dyno charts will be posted when the 3" DP is put on. the hahn DP is leaking at the turbo so my AFR's measured with the wideband might be off a little.

Man this was an amazing highway ride. (I broke traction in third gear at about 80mph)

Edit: btw I was using a mixture of 30% xylene to be on the safe side.

10* timing at wot in boost is weak.

what should the timing be around?

What a gay ass piece of software... and what exactly is that excel looking chart supposed to show?
Here's what real datalogging software looks like:

That's an old Megasquirt log from my old motor.

And yeah 11 degrees of timing is weak as shit.
I'm running around 17 degrees at full boost.

lol! Every post about the portfueler Lee is like CHECK THE MEGASQUIRT!!! Heh, Can't blame him. It's badass. :thumbsup

Seriously, the Portfueler is cool, but it's a dated idea. Spend $250 on a MS, and run just fuel on it. My MS idles my 880 cc/min injectors like stock. And you could always add the ignition part later.

Goddam, looks like i have to go with megasquirt.

If Bill releases something, it is usually a dated idea. :rolleyes

Wow, that software looks weak. I could probably code something better in VB in a few hours.

Anyways, 10.0:1 is wicked rich. Do you have stock cams? If you do, shoot for around 11.5:1 or so around peak torque, and have it slowly converge to 12.0:1-12.3:1 as you approach redline.

yea, have stock cams. Waiting for a mig welder to arrive. I might order the "V-clamp" from Hahn -i hate messing with Hahn DP where it attaches to the outlet. Once the DP is fixed, I can use the wideband to actually do some tuning. thanks for info on the AFR's.

Do you guys really think a 3" DP w/a cutout is gonna make a big difference on top end or just spool up time?

Anyone else think that $100-120 for that V-clamp assembly is too much?
