i am running a stage 2 hahn turbo kit with a vorteck fmu and fully built motor. i am using a 5psi actuator, but i am about to purchase a greddy boost controller and turn it up to 8 or 10 psi. the question i have is what size of injectors should i get for doing this, and since my plans are to eventually but the front mount intercooler and bosst 15 pounds, will the injectors i get for 8-10 psi be compatible? thanks

30lber's will get the job done (safest) for those boost ranges, but i would get a intercooler b4 you think about upping the boost. you can run stock injectors in those ranges too but i wouldn't recomend it, i didn and i blew off a fuel line due to high fuel pressures also you are reaching the max duty cycle of the injector at those pressures.

good luck, and save up for a rebuild b4 u up the boost to much.

i already have je forged pistons and rings and eagle rods...and a side mount intercooler. i am going to upgrade to a front mount intercooler soon though. but 30 lb injectors are the best for my setup?

Better than the stockers you're using now, from the sound of it.

what would that do to emissions because you would have to lower the fuel pressure to idle correctly. do you think it would pass

Depends on what tests are done to pass your local emissions. Do they sniff your car or is it just an OBDII scan? Running a tad rich wouldn't throw off the sniffer too much unless you live in that wank state, California. :P

well personally i am lucky
i dont live in a state that does anything other than look to see if the emissions things are there (texas)
but i plan on moving someday and would hate to leave my car behind

what would the obdII scanner look for other than error codes
would running the little bit richer throw a code in the ecu that doesnt read as a cel

You should be fine. OBD-II scans just check for thrown codes.
