Hey kids? Any additional tips? I have the haynes manual and old post at 2gnt and it is pretty much, get clip off, spray some brake cleaner to get out any dibris, and pull it out... I have this old fuel rail with injectors, and even with the retainer clips off, it was a bitch to take out. I guess I am just worried about damaging the fuel rail. What should I do if they don't want to go out even if I pry them apart with both hands?

If you have a fuel rail with injectors out of the car, then just twist and work the injectors off. Do not worry about hurting the rail; that is the last thing that will break. If anything, the injector may crack. It will be difficult however since those O-rings are a tight fit.

Just use two hands, and pull straight out (IE not at an angle/crooked).

when you go to reinstall, use some silicon spray on the o rings.

Can I find that at autozone? What does it do anyway?

any auto parts store has it.. it simply lubes the o-rings and aids the proper seatment of the o rings in the hole.

fuck that silicone shit, just use vasoline or fresh engine oil
