I have found somone to make my manifold from full-race engineering.. They make the best manifolds I have ever seen. The only prob is that they need the car there to get the measurements from the car to be able to make it. I live in minnesota 1,700 miles away. They said they would only need the car over the course of one day. If there is anyone from that area that could do this for me to save me a drive it would be greatly apreciated. If it is that big of an inconvenience than I could even through out some cash for doing it.Prefered a car that still retains A/C cuz I will be retaining mine.. Please let me know if any of you guys know anyone from that area that would be willing to do this.. Thanx Matt

I would be down but I live in Oregon and I don't really want to take my 420a to go snowplowing through the mountains...You might have to wait until winter is over...

I think your a/c compressor is going to give you some problems too....My S20G doesn't compare to the size of that GT40 but I had problems fitting in the 3" downpipe...So I just took it out.

With that turbo you might want to consider a 3.5" DP

Who cares about boost creep, if you have the correct manifold/wastegate/turbo design you shouldn't have any problems...

I have seen/read multiple DSM's that have 500+ whp with 3.5" DP.

3" piping will flow upwards of 600hp all day, no problem

3.5 will give less backpressure yes, but its overkill in my opinion

Oh and yes they make a very buetifull manifold, and 3.5 dp is not an option with my thermal 3" exhaust. 3" down pipe is just fine. Thanx for all the help I will be extreemly happy if I can acually find someone to do this..

They dont make one for our cars yet. I am going by there Saturday to see what they have to say about possibly making one.

I have already talked to them, they will make it they just need a car to get the measurements off of. Thanks for all the help

I thought we were going intercooler shopping. :P Looks to me like its a Honda shop too. Considering Daisy is still dead (cough), I wouldn't mind parting with her a couple days, but she's not going anywhere and I doubt they can get proper measurements in a bay with no engine, or with a head outside the bay. I guess we'll see wat we see this weekend, no?

And yeah, AR is Arkansas, son. Better learn that.

I'm willing to pay someone to take their 2GNT to full-race to do this...I PM 99gspsi for a update but no response. The UPS god is coming with a GT35R so I need to have this manifold made! I can't drive my car to Phoenix either...

If somebody does this my car doesn't have A/C anymore (more room for DP) and does have the Fluidyne with FAL dual fans (less room for manifold)

Please post in the full-race forums under DSM for the support of a 420a manifold needed...We need to push the vendors to make more products for our car! Thanks guys
