Was browsing through the galleries on tuners, and found this eclipse with a mad ass HUGE i/c. Although everyone has probably seen it, I thought I would share it...

That has got to the the ugliest front end on a car I have ever seen. But your right I don't think I have ever seen a larger cooler on an eclipse.

ya its ugly how he cut out more of the bumper out, but that is one massive ass i/c!

hey i had mine like that bastards! well i used to. i thought it looked retarded as well, but it helps the IC get better airflow to the top part of it.

Form follows function. I think it's a beautiful thing. I mean, c'mon guys. You know there's a little voice inside us all that thinks the car looks too bad ass with the FMIC bolted up to put that front skin back on for a couple days, right? LOL

On the other side, I bet he has a really small dick. LOL

Last time I saw this car it was running 11.4 @ 131... puts down about 700hp. Hes probably a bit faster by now.

^^^yeah that's where i got that idea the 1st time on Sport Compact magazine,i thought it was a cool. plus this dude is a lot quicker now, he's doing easy 10's with his current setup. my IC is as high as that just not the same wideness.

for the love of god, thats amazing imo, i love how HUGE the i/c but it still looks funny with all that cut out.
oh well, helps with better flow.

I dont think it looks bad but handling the fascia off the car would be scarey, there is little to no material to keep you from ripping it if moved around too much.

this thing is a monster! 28x14.3x3.5in Spearco. the inlet is 2.5" and outlet is 3", this dude runs a t66 ballbearing turbo and is shooting high ass HP numbers so i wouldn't go that far as to buy something like this, but it flows like a mofo i tell you that.

Looks hot, but you have to wonder, how does the radiator get ANY flow to cool the motor down?

I believe that was Road Race Engineering's car. It put a tad over 600WHP and I think that is the biggest Greddy IC, correct me if I'm wrong of course.

They have some videos up where they were doing some lap racing, man the car is fast. Oh and I saw that car on Ebay a few months ago for around $30k.

The silver car is Roy Navarez' car, "ROYZGSX" built by Road Race after Roy blew the motor about 9 times in a row.

The car is still for sale as far as I know. It was up on RRE's website for a while at the low, low price of "one green card".

I still remember that one meet where ROy was shooting flames out of the tail pipe...just for kicks and giggles...

I think its ugly as hell.
